1. It overlooks the ocean. (Need I say more?)
2. The floor plan of the living room, kitchen and dining room are all completely open and in each of the spaces you can see the ocean.
3. Her bathroom (have you ever gone to a meeting and asked your host if you could take a photo of her bathroom? I didn't think so.) ... The walls are covered in nautical charts of the North Shore. I thought it was the neatest thing. Remember that we did our wedding invites with a vintage map of the North Shore? Well, what would you think if we used the same map we used for our invites to do this to our bathroom walls or ceiling?
Are you and this Tess born of the same blood? Because this looks like it was ripped right out of your house! (p.s. have i mentione di LOVE the name Tess?? sorry, tangent) you should TOTALLY do this!! :o) hmmm... that future guest room may look pretty fantastic with north shore map wall paper.
