I am in love with this website my friend Jade sent me to; Graphics Fairy. She has used a lot of these graphics for her wedding and best of all... they are all FREE. I have a thing for vintage French graphics because I think it would be great to make some pillows for our bedroom (once it's complete) with graphics like this as a nod to AJ's love for France (I'm basically counting down the days till we get to to see the Eiffel Tower, order something fabulous at a French cafe, etc). Wish I had a trip booked!
I'm actually wearing my second Wednesday Love item right now. Has anyone ever tried Sally Hansen's Insta Dry nail polish? It's advertised to dry in 60 seconds and it actually does it... I'm one of those people who HATES paying for a mani because I love to work with my hands and I'll chip the polish on the way out of the salon opening sour patch kids or something... so when you can put it on and have it dry in 60 seconds, well, it's not such a commitment to standing in front of a window insanely shaking your hands to get them to dry.
This third item is for my sister-in-law, Mern. She loves woodsy things and her house actually is decorated with a lot of moose-y items so a nursery someday like this would fit right in! You can read all about how Katie Bower (bffs with Sherry from Young House Love blog) put together the whole nursery for her son Will here. I just love her originality imagining the log cabin-y wall.
I love the shabby chic-ness of this kitchen, wouldn't this be perfect in a small cottage by the sea?
One of the people I follow on Pinterest, Rachel Cuthbert, pinned this photo as a cute inspiration for a Christmas photo... adorable, right?
Talk about an adorable way to tell people you are pregnant again (and no, DON'T get any ideas)...
I'm pretty sure there isn't one thing about this photo that I don't love... how creative to make a pallet into a coffee table... the planters are incredible... the combo of the gray and black is so calming... I could go on and on and then maybe roll around on that comfy rug and just lay and read a book there.
Kim's best friend, Allison Lundstrum, posted this on her Pinterest board... it's an Etsy find, what a good reminder this would be hanging on your wall:
And last but not least, a place that we found on HGTV's House Hunters International: Abruzzo, Italy... the people on the show were looking for a vacation home close to the water and close to the village for $80K and there were definitely options... so Abruzzo, Italy, we want to come flip a house.... or maybe just vacation there and rent it out... :)
That's all for this week, folks! :) What are you loving?
i love that sign. i've seen the saying before but love how it was done here. i'm totally making it. :)
ReplyDeleteYou could basically do it for free too... Just find an old pallet (the dumpster at the cummings ctr has tons) and paint over it!
ReplyDeleteCant wait to see your blog post about it! :)
