I was making dinner on Wednesday and was just stunned when Drew walked from a box of diapers we'd purchased that day to some cookie pan he'd just thrown out of our cabinet. AJ and I had been trying to get him to walk for a little bit since he's been standing on his own for probably about three weeks. Of course I didn't have a minute to grab my camera because, well, four baby steps take about two seconds. Here are four of my favorite movies... I don't think any are longer than five seconds. :)
This was the first time I got it on camera... I just love AJ's proud face here.

This is the second movie we took of him walking, just listen to his proud little noises.
My job has just become more difficult now that he is increasingly mobile... I was so exhausted yesterday I went to bed at 8:45... and it felt great.
horaay...i think. :) He's walking at 11 months. YIKES. I secretly hope Kyalo is slow to walk. He's so mobile already and he's barely crawling; that's hard enough to keep up with. Congrats.

ReplyDeleteIt is so hard to keep up with them, isn't it, Jenna... and I'm sure you know all about that Lindsey! I am shocked by how much more I need to be watching Drew now... he is ALL over the place.
