Check out this great idea... it's poster board cut in circles, spray painted, layered into a fish scale pattern on fiberboard and framed. I looove it.

You know those great vases from Pottery Barn that attach to the wall? I've always loved them and hated their price tag. Check out this neat DIY version.

Talk about happiness in colors... look at this great wrapping paper station. I want to just sit here and wrap gifts all day long. Well, actually, do you know that I have brainstormed getting paid for creatively wrapping other people's Christmas gifts? I'd love that.

How easy would it be to do this next craft (especially since my house number is "4" :))?

We have this ugly looking frog statue in our yard that the previous owner left... I'd love to transform it like this... in fact... I'm sensing an adventure for us to walk to the hardware store for some spray paint.

I love this idea for covering old bottles:

I just got some silver chargers (you know the large plates you put under your dinner plates) from Christmas Tree Shop for $1 each. I would love to make some black napkins to get a table that looks half this fabulous...

My neighbor cut down a birch tree and I went over and collected a big log... I want AJ to cut it into platters like this photo shows. Click the photo... it'll take you to the entire post on how one blogger created this tablescape. It's fabulous.

Have a great Wednesday! :)

ReplyDeleteYou inspire me Jen!! I have a request for a future post. I am getting married and working on my registry right now. I would love to hear from you about what household items you cannot live without and your opinion on choosing everyday plates/servingware that is versatile. :) I love the table settings you have been posting.
