Happy Tuesday and welcome to the fifth day of the Twelve Days of Christmas series. I’m all about easy this year and decided to incorporate a lot more faux greens than I have previously. I have a love affair with real greens but started to think about what I would be paying to deck my house in real greens every year and I decided to use the money to buy things that wouldn’t die instead (at least in some spots in our house). On Black Friday I bought this wreath at Michaels for $3.99 plus got an additional 30% off. I find it’s totally worth it to get up early to get the deals.
I sprayed the wreath with some “snow neige” or flocking spray to give it a snowy wintery look, which has since worn off a bit, and then I tied a single ice-skate to the wreath. It was that easy.
