Wedding Month: Heather and Joe's Pink Wedding

I am sitting in the living room with my feet up on our newly stained coffee table. How can such a quick little project give such a clean and classic feeling to a room? Maybe because I don’t see a rainbow of marker colors in front of me anymore. Maybe marker drawings on my coffee table were more subliminally stressful than I knew… 🙂 Well, anyways, welcome to the last wedding I have in the docket for Wedding Month. It’s my friend Heather’s and I can tell you from personal experience that it was a gorgeous wedding to be at. Please excuse the couple of low res photos… some of the super high res ones were going to take an hour to upload onto my computer.

You can tell from these first few photos what Heather’s favorite flowers are… I just love Joe’s orchid boutonniere and Heather’s bouquet.

Heather’s mom, Karen, like Heather, has beautiful style and transformed the church. Heather knew her mother would have a fabulous vision and didn’t have an idea what the church would look like until she walked down the aisle. Now there is a mother and daughter who are in-sync. 🙂

Heather loves pink. Her bridesmaids’ dresses and shoes were both hot pink…

Heather rode horses for five years and had a horse drawn carriage take her and Joe from the picture location to the reception site.

Heather’s centerpieces were incredible. She and her mom went to Home Goods all over the state to get these vases and then put faux orchids in them and little lights under the orchids. You would never know they were fake flowers and they looks amazing!
